Training
The 2 days training can be arranged to suit and taken either together or with a couple of weeks in between to allow for practice and familiarisation
It is recommended that you take delivery of your new e-Lybra system a few days before the training is due to start. Ideally you would spend at least 5 working days carrying out the following basic steps:
The initial software installation, Working through Section 4 (Quick Start) of the training manual (several times) and, if comfortable with this, then attempting some of Section 5 (How To) of the Instruction Manual.
When customers perform this basic groundwork BEFORE starting the two days of basic training they will gain a more effective and quicker understanding of the system
Support of pre owned Systems
A preowned e-Lybra system purchased directly from a previous practitioner will require that the new owner registers their system and receives the required 2 days basic training from an approved registered trainer at a cost of £1000, to qualify for the developer’s customer support and 3 years free software
