We are sure you will enjoy your purchase but if things did go wrong you would have legal protection. These terms and conditions apply only to private buyers where a purchase is made from us without contact in person between the private buyer and the seller. A private buyer is a private person buying goods described on this site for personal use only and not for use in connection with any business, trade or profession. Warranty details vary according to the product and details will be supplied at the time of purchase. All illustrations are for guidance only, not to scale and the actual product may vary in detail from the illustration. Full details will be supplied to you before purchase. Where a purchase is made by you the private buyer without contact in person between the you and the seller you have a right to cancel the order by giving written notice to the seller before the goods are delivered or within seven working days following the day of receipt of the goods. Returns should be made by registered post to the seller at your own expense. Exceptionally, at the discretion of the seller, return of goods by another method may be agreed. Refunds following cancellation will be made within 30 days of the receipt by the seller of written notice of cancellation. In no circumstances, other than in the event of faulty goods, will refunds be entertained where the manufacturer’s or supplier's packaging of any medium carrying computer files, memory cards, disks, CD-ROMs or diskettes etc, has been opened or interfered with. In any case of dispute the Courts of England shall have jurisdiction and all matters shall be settled in accordance with English law. |
